Mailadministration

Log on as administrator to create, delete and manage mailboxes and forwards, change passwords and more.

  1. Start finding the correct mail administration for your domain - [Click to find name]
  2. Click the link to the relevant mail administration.
  3. Enter domain name and password to the mail administrator, as emailed you on creation or when resetting the through the control panel.

Log in as regular user/mailbox set vacation message, edit forwarding or change your password.

  2. Click the link to the relevant mail administration.
  3. Enter Email address and Password and continue by clicking Continue.

Create new mailbox.

  1. Log on the mail administration as administrator. Follow the guide above.
  2. Click Create mailbox and fill in Address, Password og Repeat password.
  3. Click Continue, and your mailbox should be created. Follow the guide to Thunderbird or Outlook to setup the mailbox in our regular mail client.

Change password for existing mailbox.

  1. Log on as regular user/mailbox. Follow guide above.
  2. Click Change password, and fill in Old password with your current password, New password and Repeat new password with the new.

If you have lost your mailbox password (also used with POP3/SMTP), you should reset it through the mail administrationen.
